INTERIOR | MATALI CRASSET

Elle Decor ha pubblicato di recente un servizio dedicato a un appartamento su due livelli ridisegnato da Matali Crasset, che noi vogliamo riproporre per il suo interesse cromatico. Si trova in Normandia e si affaccia sul mare. Per valorizzare questo rapporto visivo, la designer ha creato, in prossimità delle finestre, una sorta di palco in legno che permette la contemplazione del paesaggio.

Lo spazio domestico è costituito da volumi bianchissimi e da arredi prevalentemente in legno chiaro. Tuttavia, grande importanza viene attribuita anche al colore, che definisce gli spazi e dà identità diverse ai singoli elementi, in un contrappunto di cromie che non teme le tinte accese: dall’azzurro brillante all’arancione, dal verde prato al fucsia intenso. Questa soluzione crea veri e propri punti di intimità individuale.

The house on the platform – Elle Decor has recently published a service dedicated to a duplex apartment redesigned by Matali Crasset, which we want to propose again for its chromatic interest. It is located in Normandy and overlooks the sea. To enhance this visual relationship, the designer has created, near the windows, a sort of wooden stage that allows contemplation of the landscape.

The domestic space is made up of very white volumes and furniture mainly in light wood. However, great importance is also attributed to color, which defines the spaces and gives different identities to the individual elements, in a counterpoint of colors that does not fear bright colors: from bright blue to orange, from grass green to intense fuchsia. This solution creates real points of individual intimacy.
