Chengdu, metropoli cinese dalla forte vocazione finanziaria e commerciale, può essere considerata la capitale mondiale dei ponti pedonali.
Il Jiaozi Ring è il primo cavalcavia con funzioni multiple nel paese del Dragone. Inaugurato nel 2021, caratterizza il distretto delle Tianfu Twin Towers sia di giorno (grazie al colore rosso fiamma tipico della tradizione cinese) sia di notte (per lo spettacolo di luci).
Il ponte paesaggistico, destinato a pedoni e ciclisti, ha un diametro interno di 90 metri e un diametro esterno di 110 metri. Si colloca, a mo’ di raccordo anulare, a cavallo di un incrocio particolarmente complesso e nevralgico. Sul pavimento, la fascia in cemento blu è destinata ai ciclisti.
Il Jiaozi Ring è avvolto da una struttura reticolare dalle forme fluide e flessuose. Oltre a generare uno spettacolo di luci, costituisce un ottimo punto di osservazione rispetto ai grattacieli circostanti.

Jiaozi Ring is the first overpass with multiple functions in the country of Dragon. Inaugurated in 2021, it characterizes the Tianfu Twin Towers district both during the day (thanks to the flame red color typical of the Chinese tradition) and at night (due to the light show).
The landscaped bridge, intended for pedestrians and cyclists, has an internal diameter of 90 meters and an external diameter of 110 meters. It is located, like a ring jonction, straddling a particularly complex and crucial road intersection. On the floor, the blue concrete band is intended for cyclists.
The Jiaozi Ring is wrapped in a reticular structure with fluid and supple shapes. In addition to generating a light show, it is an excellent observation point with respect to the surrounding skyscrapers.
