Il mito della colazione nell’azzurro si rinnova a Berlino, nella bakery Aera. Dopo il color Tiffany, ecco il blu cobalto.
Lo studio Gonzales Haase Aas propone uno styling del tutto contrapposto alla tradizione dei fornai. Lo stile rustico e casereccio, giocato sui toni del giallo aranciato e del marrone, si evolve a favore di una tinta fredda, ovvero un blu lievemente inflesso sul viola, che invade arredi fissi, pareti, soffitto e, in tonalità più chiara, il pavimento. Questo effetto cromatico, del tutto immersivo ed elettrizzante, è esaltato dalla luce uniforme emessa dall’alto da sorgenti continue.
La capitale tedesca, si sa, è un luogo sperimentazione e questo luogo rappresenta certamente un fatto innovativo in fatto di spazi per la ristorazione. Unica concessione d’altri tempi: gli sgabelli e i tavolini in legno naturale, dalle forme squadrate.

The Gonzales Haase Aas studio proposes a styling that is completely opposed to the tradition of bakers. The rustic and home-made style, played on shades of yellow-orange and brown, evolves in favor of a cold tint, that is to say a blue slightly inflected on purple, which invades fixed furnishings, walls, ceiling and, in a lighter shade, the floor. This completely immersive and electrifying chromatic effect is enhanced by the uniform light emitted by continuous sources from above.
The German capital, as we know, is a place for experimentation and this place certainly represents an innovative fact in terms of catering spaces. The only concession from the past: the stools and tables in natural wood, with squared shapes.
