Ebbene sì, l’Intelligenza Artificiale si spinge oltre la normale sensorialità. Mentre la grafica digitale, in fatto di rendering fotorealistici, ha finora aspirava a ingannarci con disegni verosimili, ora Midjourney espande le frontiere della nostra normale visione.

Luci, superfici e texture appaiono come non le avevamo mai viste, tanto da comporre scene fiabesche. A questo processo di metamorfosi visiva non poteva sottrarsi il colore, che ora assume valenze percettive mai sperimentate in precedenza.

La produzione immaginaria è sempre più ampia, ma i nuovi prodigi dell’Intelligenza Artificiale possono essere esemplificati con efficacia dal lavoro di Rolando Codeño De La Cruz, che ha progettato queste pensiline (immaginate) in fibra di vetro per la sosta o per l’attesa dei mezzi pubblici. Insomma, Midjourney ci procura anche il tram diretto al futuro.
